Actress Alyssa Milano proclaimed her love for God and quoted the Bible to push abortion on Monday, shocking and outraging pro-life advocates.
“I love God. I believe in God,” Milano tweeted. “But I don’t believe my personal beliefs of which we can’t confirm should override scientific facts and what we can confirm.”
The actress then quoted John 3:12 in a twisted attempt to justify abortion.
She added: “If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things?”
The reactions on Twitter were swift and harsh from pro-life advocates.
“So... When does a baby in utero become ‘scientifically’ human enough for you to protect their life?” The Daily Wire's Elisha Krauss tweeted.
“This tweet shows that you have very little knowledge of both theology and science,” Allie Stuckey tweeted.
However, Live Action founder Lila Rose may have had the definitive response.
“You don’t have to love God to acknowledge the irrefutable science that a unique, individual human life begins at the moment of conception,” she responded. “But if you love God, then you also will love His children. He’s a father, and every single one of us are created in His image.”
If Milano truly loves God as she says, let's hope she does some serious praying in the aftermath of her pro-abortion remarks.
