“The View” co-host Joy Behar had an embarrassing moment on live TV when she tried to bait rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson with a racially charged question.
Behar brought up the issue of “white people calling the police on black people.”
“It’s an epidemic these days,” she said.
Jackson could seen giggling while Behar listed a number of things she claimed were not safe to do “while black.” When asked for his thoughts, the rapper offered a blunt response.
"These are specific people's actions," he said. "I think that It wouldn't matter what color the person is, that person is calling the cops for anything."

“You think?” Behar responded. “But there seems to be more of it lately.”
50 Cent said it only feels that way because more incidents are being caught on camera in the digital age.
"Everything’s on tape now because of cellphones," he added.
When Behar realized she wasn’t going to get the explosive, racially charged answer she was looking for, “The View” panel moved on to another topic.
Good on 50 Cent for not taking the bait.
