Kellyanne Conway made an appearance Tuesday morning on Fox News, where she went after congresswoman-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and her intelligence.
In an interview with Bill Hemmer, Conway discussed who President Donald Trump will pick to replace John Kelly as White House Chief of Staff.
The conversation then took a turn when Conway went after “this certain 29-year-old congresswoman who doesn’t seem to know much about anything.”
Watch what she had to say in the video below:
“Really embarrassing, and for her to even use a slur against him yesterday – I won’t repeat her name or the slur – but let me stand up for General John Kelly,” said Conway. “He has done a magnificent job for this country for almost 50 years.”
“John Kelly was straight up exposed for lying about [Rep. Federica Wilson] in comments aimed at discrediting her,” said Ocasio-Cortez on Twitter. “He absolutely owes her an apology, and his refusal to do so isn’t a sign of strength - it’s cowardice.”
And it gets worse still for Ocasio-Cortez.
You know you’re in trouble as a liberal when even the mainstream media is calling you out for your lies and misinformation.
Democratic party darling Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was called into question by the Washington Post for her latest Twitter post claiming that the Pentagon’s accounting errors could pay for a majority of Medicare for All.
“$21 TRILLION of Pentagon financial transactions ‘could not be traced, documented, or explained.’ $21T in Pentagon accounting errors,” tweeted Ocasio-Cortez. “Medicare for All costs ~$32T. That means 66% of Medicare for All could have been funded already by the Pentagon. And that’s before our premiums.”
The Post slammed this tweet with four Pinocchios (the scale how they rate lies) calling it “badly flawed” and it it is “probably causing confusion.”
“The same article she referenced on Twitter would have set her straight,” said the Post’s Salvador Rizzo.
Long story short, the $21 trillion was spent, and wasn’t just sitting around unused or thrown away as Ocasio-Cortez made it seem. They just do not know how exactly each dollar was spent.
