Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle is leaving Fox News.
Guilfoyle, who is now dating Donald Trump Jr., will reportedly join the pro-Trump Super PAC America First. She will also campaign with Trump Jr. during the 2018 midterm elections.
‘Having @kimguilfoyle on the trail campaigning with @DonaldJTrumpJr for Republicans this fall is a win for the entire GOP,” Trump Jr. spokesman Andrew Surabian tweeted. “Kim is one of the most influential voices in the #MAGA movement and knows how to light up a crowd.”
In a curiously short statement, Fox News confirmed Guilfoyle’s departure.
"FOX News has parted ways with Kimberly Guilfoyle,” the statement said.
Most recently, Trump Jr. invited Guilfoyle to the annual White House picnic for military families.
HuffPost reporter Yashar Ali reported the departure was “not voluntary.”
“Kimberly Guilfoyle did not leave Fox News voluntarily per three sources familiar with the matter,” Ali tweeted. “A source close to Kimberly Guilfoyle and Don Jr. denies that she did not leave voluntarily. Her team is in separation negotiations now.”
New details will likely continue to trickle out regarding the popular host’s exit from Fox News. For now, she is riding the MAGA train.
