Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh has been accused of hating women and wanting to roll back regulations on clean water. Some have even claimed that women will “die” if he is confirmed.
However, the most bizarre accusation came during the first day of Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing on Tuesday.
A self-professed member of the “Resistance” against President Donald Trump tweeted what he believes to be a “white power” conspiracy sitting behind Kavanaugh.
The Twitter user speculated that the woman sitting behind Kavanaugh was making a "white power sign.”
In reality, she was just sitting with her arms crossed minding her own business.
"Who is she? What’s up with the white power sign? @MSNBC," the user tweeted.
The video was retweeted thousands of times and it racked up over 250,000 views on Twitter alone.
It seems some people are actually buying the bizarre theory.
Tuesday's confirmation hearing got extremely heated at times. Kavanaugh's young daughters had to be rushed out of the hearing when it got too "hot."
Watch some of the tense moments from the hearing below:
A source told the Washington Examiner, "It was very unpleasant for young children."
Far-left activist Linda Sarsour and roughly 30 other women were reportedly arrested for disrupting Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing. They chanted and screamed claims that Kavanaugh would roll back women's rights.
No matter how hard liberals kick and scream, Kavanaugh is going to be confirmed as the next U.S. Supreme Court Justice.
