In an adorable moment at the White House on Wednesday, a young boy in a wheelchair tried repeatedly to get President Donald Trump’s attention so he could give him a hug during the signing of the "Right to Try Act.
The boy went in for a hug multiple times, but abandoned his attempts when he realized Trump’s attention was diverted.
While Trump initially didn’t notice the little guy, the president wrapped him up in a big hug and kissed his head when he realized the oversight.
The crowd at the White House erupted in laughter and applause when the boy finally got his hug.

President Trump signed the “Right to Try Act” into law on Wednesday, a bill that gives terminally ill patients the right use experimental medications that are unapproved by the Food and Drug Administration. It can take years for a drug to go through clinical trials and satisfy all the requirements for FDA approval.
