Meghan McCain exploded on Joy Behar on Monday when she attacked President Donald Trump as her fellow co-hosts were paying tribute to the late George H.W. Bush on “The View.”
After several co-hosts offered kind words about the former president, Behar brought her anti-Trump narrative to the forefront.
“I want to say one thing about him that was not picked up really because as a candidate, he said, ‘Those who think we’re powerless to do anything about the greenhouse effect are forgetting about the White House effect.’ And then he signed into law the Clean Air Act Amendment of 1990, one of the most sweeping environmental statutes ever,” Behar said of Bush.
That’s when she attacked President Trump for undoing former President Barack Obama’s legacy.
“This president that we have now is trying to unravel everything that he did and [President] Obama did. And if I ever become a one-issue voter, it will be about pollution and the greenhouse effect,” Behar added.
“Can we focus on the president, please?” McCain asked, visibly frustrated. “I don’t want to talk about Trump when we’re in the moment of honoring a great president who passed.”
“Excuse me a second, please. I want to talk about the difference—,” Behar began.
But McCain was having none of it.
“I’m not interested in your one-issue voter when our president just passed,” McCain shot back.
“I don’t care what you’re interested in. I’m talking! Damn it,” Behar barked.
Not backing down, McCain responded, “Well, I don’t care what you’re interested in either, Joy!”

Whoopi Goldberg was then forced to send the show to a commercial break before things got out of control.
Who do you think won that argument?
