All eyes were on First Lady Melania Trump and her stunning white dress during the NATO Welcome Ceremony in Brussels, Belgium, on Wednesday night.
The first lady turned the heads of the world’s most powerful leaders, wearing a sheer, sleeveless white floral dress that went down to her knees.

Here's a closer look at the dress:
Melania let her hair down.
She completed the look with these nude high heels.
The first lady went on her charm offensive amid her husband’s tough talk toward NATO leaders. She and President Trump greeted world leaders before a dinner at The Park of the Cinquantenaire.
Earlier in the day, President Trump delivered a scathing takedown of “delinquent” NATO allies who he claims still owe the U.S. a lot of money.
“In many countries, they owe us a tremendous amount of money from many years back where they’re delinquent, as far as I’m concerned, because the United States has had to pay for them,” Trump said. “So if you go back 10 or 20 years, you just add it all up, it’s massive amounts of money is owed, the United States has paid, and stepped up like nobody.”
Despite the stern lecture, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg also praised Trump’s leadership in getting other nations to increase NATO defense budgets.
“After years of cutting defense budgets, they have started to add billions to their defense budgets,” he said. And last year was the biggest increase in defense spending across Europe and Canada in that generation.”
When Trump asked why that started to happen last year, Stoltenberg admitted it was partly due to his strong leadership.
“It’s also because of your leadership, because of your carried message,” Stoltenberg said.
