It’s the end of an era as retiring Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) leaves his office to be replaced by former presidential candidate and Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney.

Romney is creating quite a stir already among his colleagues with his new op-ed piece attacking President Trump. It’s going to make his new role in D.C. a heavily watched one by those on both sides of the aisle.

But one mantle Romney has no prayer of putting on is the self-deprecating wit 84-year-old Hatch expressed on his official senatorial Twitter account. The guy is just downright hilarious.
