President Donald Trump has faced non-stop harsh criticism by the mainstream media ever since he first took office. Despite all the naysayers, President Trump has hit his highest ever approval rating between April and June.
According to the latest Gallup Poll, President Trump’s approval rating is at 41.9 percent, up from the previous quarter’s 39.1 percent average.
His approval rating peaked at 45 percent in June during the week of his historic summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on June 12.
Despite the intense criticism from both Democrats and Republicans over President Trump’s comments about Russia’s involvement in the 2016 election at the joint press conference with Vladimir Putin, Trump’s rating held strong at 42 percent.
Gallup’s poll surveyed over 19,000 adults between April 23 and July 22. The margin of error of the poll is estimated to be plus or minus one percent. Gallup, the Wall Street Journal, and NBC News have all reported data that reveals Trump is at his highest approval rating ever.
The poll also states that 88% of Republican voters approve of President Trump’s time in office so far.
“President Trump’s approval rating with Republicans is higher than any President in history! But sure... Let’s just keep pretending that he’s unpopular,” said Jacob Wohl on Twitter.
