Over the past month, there has been much speculation as to the health and whereabouts of first lady Melania Trump.
On May 10, Melania underwent kidney surgery for an embolization procedure to treat a benign kidney condition.
The 48-year-old first lady was in the hospital for five days. Following her surgery, her absence from the public eye led to rumors of her health and even her marriage.
Theories swirled from speculation that she had moved back to New York with her son, Barron, to proclamations that she was secretly working with Robert Mueller.
The frenzy on her condition grew so much that the first lady herself chose to take to Twitter to address them.
On Monday, Melania made her first public appearance since the surgery to honor Gold Star families.
On Friday, President Donald Trump told reporters that she wanted to join him in Canada for the G7 summit, but she cannot go with him since doctors have told her that she would not be able to fly for another month.

The White House has declined to release any further information.
“She’s had a little rough patch, but she’s doing great,” said President Trump. “We’re very proud of her, she’s done a fantastic job as first lady.”
